OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to explain how change management techniques are applied and to develop the necessary knowledge and skills.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include the subjects such as theoretical basis, purpose, scope, elements and intervention techniques of change management and business life examples.

Differentiate the meaning of levels of change in social life.
Identify the role of flexibility in change management.
