Objectives of the Course Unit:	Havalimanında yolculara yönelik yapılması gereken tüm prosedürlerin öğrenilmesi.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Yolcu hizmetleri ile ilgili tüm prosedürler,terimler ve davranışları kapsamaktadır.

Yolcu hizmetleri ile ilgili terimleri kullanır.
Yolcu hizmetlerinde kullanılan evrakların içerik ve işlevlerini temel düzeyde tanımlar.
Havalimanında bulunan üçüncü kuruluşları ve hizmet ilişkilerini temel düzeyde tanımlar.
Havalimanına ve uçağa yolcu giriş ve çıkış işlemleri; problem çözme, bilgi verme, yönlendirme tekniklerini kullanır.
