OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu ders kapsamında, profesyonel bir uçuş ekibinin etkin bir üyesi olarak işlev görmek için gerekli bilgilerin, CRM eğitim programlarının gelişiminin ve mürettebat hatalarına karşı alınacak önlemlerin ele alınması amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Ekip kaynak yönetimi ilkeleri ve tarihi, havacılıkta karar verme, havacılıkta ekip çalışması, havacılıkta takım çalışması ve liderlik, otomasyon ve insan üzerindeki etkileri, havacılıkta stres yönetimi, havacılıkta tehditler ve hata yönetimi, havacılıkta izleme, CRM Eğitiminin önemi, CRM eğitiminin uygulanmasının önemi: uçak kazaları ve vakaları, EASA politikalarının gelişimi, evrimi ve mevcut durumu, EASA politikalarının CRM eğitimiyle ilişkisi gibi konular dersin içeriğini oluşturmaktadır.
