Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to introduce the ground services department, the practices, the equipment used and the issued to be considered. To explain the terms and concepts related to ground services. To introduce national and international civil aviation organizations and to explain the relationship between these organizations and ground services department. To explain the transportation and classification of hazardous substances by airline and the issues to be considered. To explain the importance of Ramp/Apron safety and security. To be informed about the national and international regulations about ground services. |
