OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı, 6098 Sayılı Türk Borçlar Kanunu Genel Hükümlerin incelenmesi ile öğrenilen bilgileri yorumlama yetisi kazandırmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Ders kapsamında eski TBK ve Yargı kararları ele alınarak; borç ilişkisi, kaynakları, hukuki işlemler(özellikle sözleşmeler), haksız fiil, sebepsiz zenginleşme konuları incelenecektir.
