OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu derste suç ve yaptırım teorisine ilişkin temel bilgilerin mevzuat, içtihat ve doktriner görüşler çerçevesinde ele alınması ve ceza hukukun ilkelerinin ve öneminin ortaya konması amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği; ceza hukukunun temel ilkeleri, ceza hukukunun kaynakları, ceza hukuku kurallarının yer, zaman ve kişi bakımından uygulanması, ceza hukukunda kanunilik, maddi unsur, manevi unsur ve hukuka aykırılık, kusurluluk, güvenlik tedbirleri, dava ve ceza ilişkisini sona erdiren sebepler ve bu konuların Türk ceza hukukundaki hükümlerinden oluşmaktadır.

Evrensel ceza hukuku ilkelerini ve bunların Türk Ceza Kanunu'ndaki yansımalarını keşfeder.
Türk ceza hukukunun temel normlarını, örnek olaylar ışığında yorumlar.
Suç genel teorisinin normlarını ve Türk ceza hukukunun kurallarını somut olaylara uygular.
