OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin amacı öğrencilere Üretim ve hizmet sistemlerinin tasarımı, planlanması, kontrolü ve iyileştirilmesine yönelik temel kavramların öğretilmesi, Bir tedarik zinciri içindeki analitik karar verme yöntemlerine yönelik entegre bir bakış açısının sağlanması, Talep tahmin kavram ve tekniklerine ilişkin detaylı bir çerçeve sunulması, Kapasite planlamasından başlayarak tedarik zincirinin bütünü için planlamanın öğretilmesi, Gerçek lojistik sistemlerindeki belirsizliklerin çözümü için tekniklerin öğretilmesi, Optimizasyon yazılımlarının uygulamalı olarak kullanılması yeteneğikazandırılmasıdır
Contents of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin içeriği üretim ve hizmet operasyonlarının tasarım, planlama, kontrol ve iyileştirilmesine ilişkin kavram ve tekniklerin öğretilmesini amaçlar. Ders kapsamında ele alınan konular şunlardır: süreç tanımı, akış diyagramları, kapasite analizi, kapasite için yapılan yatırımların geri dönüşü, döngü süresi analizi, envanter yönetimi, sipariş erteleme, üretim kontrol, iş koordinasyonu, risk yönetimi, kalite yönetimi, süreç tasarımı ve reengineering, ürün geliştirme, proje yönetimi konularını kapsar.
