OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Uluslarası ve ulusal sivil havacılık kuruluşlarını tanıtmak yer hizmetleriyle ilgili terim ve kavramları açıklamak. Yer hizmeti kuruluşlarının organizasyonunda geçen departmanları tanıtmak. Yer hizmetlerinde kullanılan ekipman ve araçları tanıtmak. Tehlikeli maddelerin havayoluyla taşınmasını ve sınıflandırılmasını anlatmak. Ramp/Apron emniyet ve güvenliğinin önemini açıklamak. Yer hizmetleriyle ilgili ulusal ve uluslararası mevzuatlar hakkında bilgi sahibi olur.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Terminallerde güvenlik,check-in ve boarding işlemleri, RAMP hizmet türleri, RAMP hizmet araçları, RAMP’te yapılan preflight check’ler, pilot-yer arası konuşmalar, Annex-9 facilitation hakkında bilgiler öğrenir.
