OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin amacı, seyahat acentalarında kullanılan uluslararası rezervasyon sistemi olan Galileo sistemini uygulamalı olarak öğretmektir.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Havayolu rezervasyon girişleri, PNR oluşturma, zorunlu girişler, zorunlu olmayan girişler, özel talep girişleri, PNR üzerinde değişiklikler, divide, queue, e-mail girişleri, otomatik fiyatlandırma, bilet kuralları.
