OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Öğrencilerin havayollarındaki risk ve kriz yönetiminin kritik etkenlerine hakim, gereken sorumluluk ve yönetim rollerini üstlenebilme kabiliyetine haiz, kurumsal kültür doğrultusunda iç kontrol ve denetimi sağlama yetisini ortaya koyabilen, gerekli uluslararası emniyet kural ve prosedürleri paralelinde risk ve kriz stratejik hedefleri önceden belirleyerek doğru zamanda doğru kararlar alabilmelerinin sağlanması dersin temel amacını oluşturmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği; Havacılık sektöründe tarihsel olarak tanımlanmış veya gelecekte olası tahmin edilebilecek tüm risk türleri, kaynakları ve ilkeleri hukuksal ve yetkili kuruluşların talimatları doğrultusunda tanımlanması, örgütsel kültüre uyumlu risk ve krizlere karşı alınabilecek önlemlerin iç denetim ve kontrolleri ile senaryolar ile incelenmesi, raporlama sisteminin tanıtılması, emniyet kavramlarına hakimiyet ile risk ve kriz yönetiminin profesyonel ifasına dair entegrasyon bilgi yönetim sisteminin açıklanması gibi konular dersin temel içeriğini oluşturmaktadır.
