OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Hava yolu sektöründe çalışmayı hedefleyen ve çalışanların geleceğe yönelik kariyerlerinin planlanması, eğitim, staj ve havacılık sektörüne uygun kişisel gelişimlerinin teşvik edilmesi, stratejik planlama teknikleri hakimiyetinde profesyonel kadroların kurulması ve yönetilmesini hedefler.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Havacılık sektöründeki kariyer planlamanın tarihçesi ve önemi, meslek grupları ve yetkinlikleri, eğitim ve sınav kuruluşları, iş analizi, kadro ihtiyacı, roller, Sivil Havacılık personel planlaması, işe alma, seçim, eğitim ve geliştirme yöntemleri, staj koordinasyon, performans değerlendirme ve ücretlendirme, mülakat teknikleri, Sivil Havacılıkta koçluk, kariyer ve yetkinlik yönetimi, iş değerleme ve performans yönetimi, yetenek ilgi belirlenmesi, bireysel farklılıkların yönetimi, kariyer planlama dosyası, etik ve adaletli davranış, fuarlar, Türkiye’de havacılık eğitimleri sorun ve çözümleri dersin içeriğini oluşturmaktadır.
