OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin amacı psikoloji bölümü öğrencilerine 1 dönem boyunca; beynin yapısı, işleyişi ve davranışa etkisi, psikopatoloji ve beyin işlevleri hakkında temel niteliğindeki bilgilerin öğretilmesidir.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin içeriği psikoloji öğrencilerine bir dönem boyunca anlatılacak olan; Davranışın Nöropsikolojik Kökenleri, Sinir Sistemi, Merkezi Sinir Sistemi, Periferik ve Otonom Sinir Sistemi, Beyin ve Beyindeki Temel Yapılar, Beyincik ve Omurilik Fonksiyonları ve Bozuklukları, Sempatik ve Parasempatik Sinir Sistemi, Antikolinerjik ve Kolinerjik Sistem, Davranışın Nöropsikolojik Temelleri, Nöron, Nöron Bölgeleri, Nöronal İletişim, Nöromediatörler, Serotonin, Noradrenalin, Dopamin, Asetilkolin, Gaba, Glisin, Nitrikoksit, Nöropeptidler, Endokrin Sistem- Nöropsikoloji İlişkisi konularından oluşmaktadır.
