OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Cumhuriyet Devri Türk şiirinin Yeni Türk Edebiyatı içindeki yerini, 1920’lerden 1980’lere kadar Türk şiirinin tarihî gelişimini, bu dönemin başlıca şairlerini ve şiirlerini tanıtmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Cumhuriyet dönemi şiirini hazırlayan siyasî, sosyal, kültürel ve edebî şartlar, 1923’ten sonra hâlâ eser vermeye devam eden eski şairler, millî edebiyat zevk ve anlayışını sürdürenler, saf şiir anlayışını benimseyenler, Ahmet Haşim, Yahya Kemal, Ahmet Tanpınar ve Cahit Sıtkı Tarancı’nın edebî kişilikleri ve şiirleri, Yedi Meşaleciler, toplumcu gerçekçi şiir, Garip hareketi (I. Yeni Şiiri), Hisar topluluğu, Mavi hareketi, II. Yeniciler, II. Yeni sonrası Türk şiiri konularını içerir.
