OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı, 6102 Sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu Hükümlerin incelenmesi ile öğrenilen bilgileri yorumlama yetisi kazanmaktır
Contents of the Course Unit:	Ders kapsamında eski TTK ve Yargı kararları ile gerektiğinde karşılaştırılarak, Ticari İşletme hukuku, şirketler hukuku ve kıymetli evrak hukukunun temel kavramları işlenecektir.
