OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu derste; yerel siyasetin öğelerinin ele alınarak yerel yönetimler ve demokrasi ilişkisinin analiz edilmesi ve yerel siyasette liderlik öğesinin sorgulanmasını amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği mahalli idarelerin yönetimi, siyasi ve idari yerinden yönetim ayrımı, yerel siyaset mekanizmaları, kentsel siyaset yaklaşımları, kentsel siyasette liderlik, yerel seçimlerde iletişim stratejileri ve seçmen davranışı üzerinde liderliğin etkisi gibi konulardan oluşmaktadır.
