OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı; karar verme problemlerinin ve uygulamalarının çözümü için matematiksel modellerden faydalanarak, doğru yöntemin tanınması, tespit edilmesi ve gerekli analizlerin gerçekleştirilmesidir.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği; proje yönetimi, üretim planlama ve envanter kontrolü, toplu üretim planlama, stok kontrol sistemleri, süreç yönetimi ve kapasite planlama, modelleme, doğrusal programlama, optimizasyon problemleri, iş tasarımı, kalite kontrol, ulaştırma modeli, atama modeli ve aktarma modeli, proje programlama ve kontrol teknikleri-PERT/CPM, karar analizi, oyun teorisi kuyruk kuramı, karar verme, karar verme problemleri, karar verme süreci, fayda teorisi, belirlilik, belirsizlik ve risk altında karar verme, sayısal karar verme, bilgisayar destekli karar verme, bilgisayar destekli problem çözme ve simülasyon teorik ve uygulamalı olarak  öğretmektir.
