OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
With this course, the importance of leadership behavior in enterprises will be given to students to analyze leadership behavior with the help of various theories and approaches. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
Contents of the course include the subjects such as Leadership concept, differences between leadership and management, characteristics of effective leaders, behavioral leadership approaches, situational leadership approaches and contemporary leadership approaches. |
