OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı; Bu ders havayolu sektöründe profesyonel hizmet verebilecek, havayolu yönetim ve donanım fonksiyonlarına hakim, profesyonel bakış açısı ile ekip kurabilecek ve yönetebilecek, etkin iletişim kurabilen, analitik düşence ile yönetim taktik ve stratejilerini teknolojik gelişmelere paralel kurum kültürüne uyumlu yönetici adayları yetiştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği; Havayolu organizasyonel yönetim ve departman bilgileri, Liderlik teorileri, Havayolunda zaman ve çatışma yönetimi gibi konular dersin içeriğini oluşturmaktadır.
