OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı, iş hukuku ve sosyal güvenlik hukuku alanında kavramları açıklama ve öğrenilen bilgileri yorumlama yetisi kazandırmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Ders kapsamında Yargı kararları ışığında, İşçi, işveren kavramları, iş sözleşmesi, kuruluşu, geçerlilik koşulları, iş sözleşmesinin sona ermesi, işverenin ve işçinin hak ve borçları ve sosyal güvenlik hukuku temel kavramları işlenecektir.
