OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin amacı, öğrenciye, emek piyasasının işleyişi, aktörlerin fonksiyonları, bu fonksiyonların düzenlenmesi ve sorunların çözümlenmesine ilişkin yetkinlik kazandırmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Emek piyasası ve özellikleri, işgücü mobilitesi, emek arzı ve talebi, işsizlik tanımları, ücret ve ücret sistemleri ve verimlilik konuları, iş piyasası emek mobilitesi, emek arzı, işsizlik, ücretler, ücret sistemleri, verimlilik konularını içermektedir
