OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı; değişim yönetimi tekniklerinin açıklanması, bu tekniklerin uygulandığı örnek vakaların sınıf ortamında tartışılması ve öğrencilerin kendi örneklerini analiz etmesiyle bilgi ve becerilerin geliştirilmesi ve öğrenmenin kalıcılığının sağlanmasıdır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği; değişim yönetiminin teorik temeli, amaç, kapsam, unsurları, müdahale teknikleri ve iş hayatından örnekler oluşturmaktadır.
