OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu ders kapsamında, uçuş kurallarının, ICAO standartlarına dayalı uçuş sertifikasyonunun, hava sahası kural ve prosedürlerinin ele alınması amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Hava Trafik Kontrol Servisi, Kontrol için sorumluluk transferi, Uçuş Bilgi Servisi (FIS), Operasyonel uçuş bilgileri servisi yayınları, RNP Türlerinin Tanımlanmasına ve Standart Kalkış ve Varış, Yolları Dışındaki ATS Rotalarının Tanımlanmasına Yönelik İlkeler, Görsel Uçuş Kuralları, Aletli Uçuş Kuralları (IFR) ve Simülasyonları, kayıt Markaları, Tescil Belgesi ve Uçak Sınıflandırması, Uçuşa Elverişlilik Belgesi ve Uçuşa Elverişliliğin Geçici Kaybı, Aletler ve Ekipmanlar, Operasyon Kısıtlamaları ve Bilgileri, Hava Sahası Hukuku, Genel Havacılık Kuralları ve Prosedürleri gibi konular dersin içeriğini oluşturmaktadır.

Hava hukukuna ilişkin temel kavramları tanımlar.
Hava trafik kontrol servisi, operasyonel uçuş prosedürleri ve uçuşa elverişlilik ile ilgili kuralları açıklar.
Ulusal ve uluslararası hava sahası hukuku uygulamaları sınıflandırır.
Görsel uçuş kuralları ve aletli uçuş kurallarını listeler.
Genel havacılık hukuku ve hava sahası hukukuna ilişkin örnek olaylar üzerinde yorumlamalar yapar.
