OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Stratejik Yönetimin temel kavramlarını daha iyi anlamak ve rekabetçi bir ortamda havayolları için etkili stratejiler tasarlama becerisini geliştirmek dersin temel amacını oluşturmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Stratejik Yönetimin Temel Kavramları, Hava yolu İş Modelleri, Birleşme ve Devralma Yoluyla Rekabet Gücü Kazanma Stratejileri, Hava Yolu İttifakları, Havayolu İşletmelerinin Özellikleri ve Eğilimleri gibi konular dersin içeriğini oluşturmaktadır.
