OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin amacı sağlık psikolojisinin tarihçesini, sağlık/hastalık/iyi oluş hali gibi temel kavramlarını ve bu disiplinin temel çalışma alanlarını tanıtmak, sağlık psikolojisi disiplinin gelişimine katkı sunan kuramsal bakış açılarının temel önermelerini gözden geçirilmesidir.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin içeriği; "biyopsikososyal model çerçevesinde, sağlıklılığın korunması ve sürdürülmesi, yaşam kalitesinin artırılması gibi sağlık psikolojisinin temel alanlarında koruyucu ve iyi oluşu artırıcı müdahale-eğitim programlarına yönelik uygulamalar farklı konular ve kronik hastalıklar bağlamında, vaka örneklerinden" oluşmaktadır.

Sağlık psikolojisi alanının temel çalışma konularını özetler. (summerize Bloom’s 2)
Sağlık psikolojisi alanındaki temel kavramları Tanımlar ve bu kavramların bireylerin sağlık ve hastalık davranışları üzerindeki yordayıcı etkilerini ayırt edebilir. (distingusih – Bloom’s 4)
Bu alanda ele alınan temel kuramları sınıflandırabilir ve bu kuramların amaç ve temel önermeleri açısından karşılaştırabilir. (compare –Bloom’s 4)
Sağlık ve hastalık ile ilgili alandaki hangi uygulamaların işe yarayacağını, hangilerinin işlevsiz olacağına dair değerlendirme yapar. (evaluate – Bloom’s 5)
Hastalığı olan ya da riskli sağlık davranışları gösteren bireylerin multidisipliner bir yaklaşım çerçevesinde bir sağlık psikoloğu tarafından nasıl ele alınacağına dair temel farkındalığı kazanarak bilimsel dayanağı olan tartışmalar yapar. (discuss –Bloom’s 4)
