OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Objective of this course is to help students understand the different copies of Dede Korkut book and publications, prototypes of heroes in Dede Korkut book, motifs in Dede Korkut book, importance of Dede Korkut bok in the Turkish epic tradition, and the relationship of Dede Korkut book with other fields in the discipline of Turcology.
