OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Otel işletmeciliğinin tarihsel gelişimini öğrenmek, otel işletmelerinin genel özelliklerini bilmek, otel işletmelerinde yönetim organizasyon faaliyetlerinin işleyişini anlamak ve modern otel işletmeciliğinin mevcut durumu konusunda bilgi sahibi olmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Konaklama sektörünün turizm endüstrisi içindeki yeri, konaklama işletmelerinin çeşitleri, otel işletmelerindeki yönetim-örgütleme, finansman, muhasebe, hizmet operasyonları ve pazarlama gibi temel işlevler, otel işletmelerinin sınıflandırılması, otel işletmelerinin bölümleri konularını kapsamaktadır.
