OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu derste öğrencilerin, uluslararası işletmelerde uygulanan yönetim sistemleri, faaliyetleri ve stratejileri anlaması ve uluslararası firmaların yönetiminde bu stratejileri kullanabilme yeterliliği kazanması amaçlanmaktadır. Ders sürecinde öğrenciler uluslararası örgütlerin yer aldıkları farklı çevresel koşulları yorumlar ve bu örgütlerin rekabetçi güçlerini arttırmalarını sağlamak için kullanacakları stratejileri örnekleyebilir.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği, uluslararası işletme, stratejik yönetim, dış ticaret, uluslararası ticaret teorileri, yönetim ve organizasyon, uluslararası ticari organizasyonlar konularından oluşmaktadır.
