OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı öğrencilere lojistik ve tedarik zincirinin temellerini öğretmek; tedarik zinciri ve lojistik problemlerini çözmek için modeller kurma ve çeşitli teknikler geliştirme becerisi vermektir.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriği Temel kavramlar; temin, depolama, üretim ve dağıtım gibi lojistik ve tedarik zincirleri bileşenlerinin analizi; planlama ve kaynak tahsisi; tedarik, üretim ve sevkiyat faaliyetlerinin modellenmesi ve eşgüdümlenmesi ve matematiksel modelleme ve sayısal tekniklerle bu faaliyetler arasındaki ilişkilerin optimizasyonu. Konularını kapsamaktadır.

Tedarik zinciri yönetiminin temel yapısını tanımlar.
Tedarik zinciri performansının temel yönlendiricilerini ve bunların stratejik, operasyonel, satın alma ve pazarlama gibi fonksiyonlarla ilişkilerini belirler.
Firma içi ve firmalar arası koordinasyon karmaşasını kritik eder.
Farklı tedarik zinciri strateji ve pratiklerini analiz eder.
Tedarik zinciri yönetimi sırasında oluşan problemleri tanımlayabilecekler, analiz eder.
