OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
In this course, students recognize the basic principles of machining methods and machining processes used in the industrial field. Understands the basic features. This course aims to provide students with the ability to apply knowledge and skill operations. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
It covers the subjects of Basic Turning Operations, Recognizing the Types of Lathes and Parts of Lathes,Cutting Speed and Turnover Calculation,Cutting Tool Information and Tool Selection, Milling Division Operations, Knowing Milling and Examining Milling Types, Types of Sheets and Operation Order in Drawing Sheets,Drawing Reamer and Recognizing Reamer Types,Recognizing Drill Benches and Connecting Drill Benches,Hole Drilling Operations,Measurement And Control,Basic Hand Operations,Providing General Information About Manufacturing Procedures and Examining Their Types,Historical and Economic Importance of Manufacturing. |
