OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this lesson is to teach passenger service procedures from the entrance of a passenger to the airport and boarding the plane.
Contents of the Course Unit: This lesson includes, the concept of passenger services, regulations and documents related to passenger services, international aviation organizations, terms / abbreviations used in aviation, points on the journey, waypoint, check-in operations, types of check-in, travel documents, ticket, Flight coupon, Other documents, Boarding, Passengers requiring special service, Passengers in need of special service, Passengers requiring other special services, Baggage procedures, Baggage types, Baggage acceptance, Cabin baggage rules, Excess baggage transactions, Delayed, damaged and lost baggage transactions, Acceptance of live animals, Incoming-Outgoing Passenger Transactions.
