OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This lesson aims to focus on the types of Aviation Management, airline businesses and their relationships, and to give information about the important issues for the planning and management of airports.
Contents of the Course Unit: This lesson covers, Aviation Management, History of Aviation, Airport policy, Airport functions and Systems, Airline Management, Airline’s Regulatory Bodies, Organizational Structure of Airline, Positions in Flight, Types of Flight, Airport Ground Transportation Planning, Air Traffic Management, Airport System Planning and Master Plan and Land Use Planning , Public administration and future development of air transport, Airport safety and security management, Air cargo management, Airport finance and commercial management, Hub development strategy, Innovations for airport management.
