OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	İş hukukunun temel kavramları, iş sözleşmesi türleri, iş sözleşmesinin sona ermesinin hüküm ve sonuçları, toplu iş hukuku ve sosyal güvenlik hukukunun temel kavramları hakkında bilgi verilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	İş Hukukunun Temel Kavramları, İş Hukukuna Özgü Sınırlamalar, İş Sözleşmesinin Şekli ve İş Sözleşmesi Türleri, İş Sözleşmesinde Tarafların Borçları, Çalışma Süreleri, Fazla Çalışma, Dinlenme Süreleri: Günlük Dinlenme, Yıllık Dinlenme, Ulusal Bayram ve Genel Tatiller, İş Sözleşmesinin Sone Ermesinin Hüküm ve Sonuçları, Kıdem Tazminatı, Fesih Bildirim Süreleri, İhbar Tazminatı, İş Sözleşmesinin İşçi ve İşveren Tarafından Haklı Nedenle Derhal Feshi, İş Güvencesi, Sözleşmenin Feshinde Usul, İşe İade Davası, Toplu İş Hukuku, Toplu İş Sözleşmeleri, Grev ve Lokavt, Sosyal Güvenlik, Sigortalı Sayılanlar, İsteğe Bağlı Sigortalılık, Sigortalıların Kuruma Bildirilmesi, Kuruma Bildirilmeyen Çalışmaların Tespiti: Fiilen ve Kayden Tespit, Hizmet Tespiti Davası konularını içerir.

İş hukukunun temel kavramları olan işçi, işveren, alt işveren, iş yerinin devri gibi kavramları tanımlar.
İş sözleşmesi türleri, iş sözleşmesinin şekli, iş sözleşmesinin sona ermesinin hüküm ve sonuçlarını bilir.
İş sözleşmesinin sona ermesinden doğan işçi hak ve alacaklarını bilir.
İş sözleşmesi devam eden bir işçinin çalışma süreleri ve dinlenme sürelerini bilir.
Toplu iş hukuku, toplu iş sözleşmeleri, grev ve lokavt gibi temel kavramları tanımlar.
Sosyal güvenlik hukukuna dair temel bilgileri, sigortalı sayılanları ve isteğe bağlı sigortalı olmanın şartlarını açıklar.
Sosyal güvenlik hukukuna göre sigortalıların kuruma bildirilmesi usulünü ve kuruma bildirilmeyen çalışmaların tespit yollarını bilir.
