OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Vergi hukukunun temel yapısını kavraması ve Türk vergi sisteminde karşılaşılacak somut bir olaya temel çözümler üretebilmesini amaçlar.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Vergi hukukunun tanımı ve kaynakları, Verginin tarafları, Mükellefin ödevleri, vergi denetimi ve süreler, Vergilendirme süreci, Vergi kabahat, suç ve cezaları, Vergi borcunu ve cezalarını sona erdiren sebepler, Vergi uyuşmazlıkları ve çözüm yolları, Vergi alacağının korunması, Gelir vergisi, Kurumlar vergisi, Katma değer vergisi konularını içerir.

Türk Vergi Sistemini değerlendirir.
Dünya' da ve Türkiye' de vergi türlerinin neler olduğu hususunda bilgi sahibidir.
