OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Öğrencilere; Kondisyon antrenmanlarına yönelik temel kavramları ve bilgileri, dayanıklılık, kuvvet, sürat gibi temel kondisyon özelliklerini geliştirici antrenman plan ve periyotlama süreçlerini tasarlayacak bilgi ve beceriyi kazandırmak.
Contents of the Course Unit: Antrenman planlama ve periyotlama bilgileri kapsamında, kuvvet, dayanıklılık, sürat gibi temel biyomotor yetilerin geliştirilmesini amaçlayan kondisyonel antrenman yöntem ve güncel yaklaşımlarını içermektedir. Kondisyon antrenman planlamalarını, sporcuların performans değerlendirme testlerini ve psikolojik süreçlerin kondisyona etkilerini kapsamaktadır.

İnsan vücudundaki enerji sistemlerinin fizyolojik süreçlerini açıklar.
Sportif performansı belirleyen test protokollerini uygular.
Kondisyon seviyelerini belirlemek amacıyla elde edilen verileri değerlendirir.
Farklı antrenman yöntemlerinin, kondisyonu geliştirmeye yönelik etkilerini tartışır.
Spor branşlarına yönelik aerobik ve anaerobik kapasiteyi geliştirici antrenman plan ve periyotlama süreçlerini tasarlar.
