OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı, öğrencilerin sosyolojik bakış açısı edinerek, temel sosyolojik kavramları hatırlaması ve açıklaması, Yönetim sosyolojisi temel kavramlar ve olguları değişim süreci içinde hem kurum olarak hem de etkileşim ağı olarak ayırt edebilmesi, dünyadaki anlam örüntü ve süreçleri sosyolojik bilgiyi kullanarak yorumlaması, sosyolojik bilginin üretilmesinde yöntem ve araştırmanın işlevini açıklaması amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Dersin içeriğini; Yönetim ve sosyoloji ile ilgili temel kavramlar, Örgüt Kavramı, Örgüt Yapılarının Oluşması ve başlıca örgütsel yapı türleri, yönetim bilimlerinin diğer bilimlerle ilişkisi, yönetim işlevleri, merkezden ve yerinden yönetim sistemleri, yönetim yaklaşımlarının tarihsel gelişiminde sosyolojik etkiler, stratejik yönetim, risk yönetimi, kurum kültürü, Statünün Belirleyicileri, ekip çalışması ve sinerji, toplam katılım yönetimi ve etkin liderlik, bağlamı içinde ele alınması oluşturmaktadır.
