OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: İş hukuku ve sosyal güvenlik hukuku alanında öğrenilen bilgileri yorumlama yetisi kazanmak
Contents of the Course Unit: Ders kapsamında Yargı kararları ışığında, İşçi, işveren kavramları, iş sözleşmesi, kuruluşu, geçerlilik koşulları, iş sözleşmesinin sona ermesi, işverenin ve işçinin hak ve borçları ve sosyal güvenlik hukuku temel kavramları işlenecektir.
