OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Dersin amacı, öğrencilere; fitness’e ait malzeme ve ekipmanları kullanarak temel fitness hareketlerini doğru teknikle uygulayabilecek bilgi ve beceriyi kazandırmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit: Dersin içeriği, fitness’e özgü kavram ve tanımlar, Fitness egzersiz yöntemleri ve ilgili hareketler, Fitness ekipmanları, Fitness ve ergonomi, Biomekanik ve uygulamalı hareket analizi, Bar tutuş şekilleri ve spot teknikleri, Postür analizi, Olimpik kaldırış teknikleri, Kardiovasküler egzersizlerde vücudun konumlandırılması, Fitness egzersizlerinde nefes teknikleri ve uygulama konularını kapsar.
