OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Dersin amacı; öğrencilere, ritim ve ışıklandırma eşliğinde spinning egzersizlerini uygulama ve spinning hareket gruplarından oluşan bir kompozisyon hazırlama becerisi kazandırmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit: Dersin içeriği; Spinning ortaya çıkışı, spinning egzersizinin kullanım amaçları, spinningin faydaları, spinning pazarlaması, spinning bisikletinin tanıtımı ve malzeme özellikleri, Spinning bisikletinin kişiye göre ayarlanması ve Spinning bisikletininde oturuş ve duruş pozisyonları, Spinning egzersizinin kullanım aşamaları, Spinning egzersizinde tempo seviyeleri, Spinning ile ilgili ritim dinleme, Ritim ve ışıklandırma eşliğinde spinning egzersizi konularını kapsamaktadır.
