Objectives of the Course Unit: | Dersin amacı, öğrencilere; geleneksel ve modern okçuluk sporunda uygulanan güvenlik kurallarını dikkate alarak, hedefe yönelik ok atışı tekniklerini temel düzeyde uygulayabilecek beceriyi kazandırmaktır. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Dersin içeriği, okçuluğun tarihçesi ve gerekli tanımlar, güvenlik kuralları ve duruş pozisyonları, geleneksel okçuluk yarışma kuralları, modern okçuluk yarışma kuralları, geleneksel ve modern okçuluk malzeme tanıtımları, lastik ile çekiş çalışmaları, lastik ile bırakış çalışmaları ve ok atışı denemeleri konularını kapsamaktadır. |
