OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Dersin amacı; öğrencilere, spor ekonomisi ve spor örgütlerinin işleyişini iktisadi açıdan inceleme, raporlama ve değerlendirme becerisi kazandırmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit: İktisadi düşünce içinde spor, sporun toplumsal arz ve talebi, genel özellikleri, sporda tüketim-yatırım kavramları, spor yönetimlerinin iktisadi ve sosyal gelişime katkısı, spor örgütlerinin pazar yapıları ve rekabet dengesi, spor yatırımlarının finansmanı, spor harcamaları ve maliyet-fayda analizi, spor örgütlerinin ekonomik açıdan değerlendirilmesi, spor varlıklarının değerliliği, ekonomik açıdan kaynak arayışı, varlık ve zenginlik üretimine dönük çabaların değerlendirilmesi.

Spor ekonomisine ilişkin temel kavramları tanımlar ve açıklar.
Finansal analizlerle ilgili yaklaşımları ve spor varlıklarının değerlenmesini açıklar.
Dünya ekonomisinde sporun yerini ve diğer endüstrilerle olan ilişkisini tartışır.
Spor örgütlerinin ekonomik faaliyetlerini inceler (examine) ve bu faaliyetlere ilişkin gereksinimleri sınıflandırır.
Spor örgütlerinin pazar yapıları, rekabet dengesi ve gelir paylaşımı ile ilgili verileri analiz eder.
Spor organizasyonunun işleyişini iktisadi açıdan inceler,raporlar ve değerlendirir.
