OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to provide the students with the necessary methods and theoretical knowledge in order to provide the image and reputation they want to create before their target audiences.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include subjects such as institutionalisation, internal and external communication, institutional courtesy, formal and informal communication, institutional image and identity, competition and target audience expectations, ethics and social responsibility.

Enounce the importance of the concept of reputation by describing it.
Find out the impact of reputation management on the media target audience.
Classify the practices of media organizations for the purpose of reputation management.
