OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to explain the importance of persuasion process and discourse in communication, and to explain the function of rhetorical texts and visuals between source and receiver. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include the subjects such as the definition of persuasion and rhetoric, the importance of elements of the communication process such as ethos pathos and logos, the characteristics of persuasive communication and various theories of learning and behaviour. |
