Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to provide the student with the ability to define the definition of quality, recognize the elements of quality management, to emphasize the place of strategic management in quality management, to describe the quality management tools and their usage in aviation, to be able to analyze quality management standards and aviation applications. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include the subjects of Quality Management Organization and Documentation in Aviation Organizations, Total Quality Management Approach, Strategic Management, Ethics and Social Responsibility, Employee Empowerment, Leadership and Change, ISO 9001, Quality Management Tools and Techniques, Continuous Improvement, Benchmarking, Just in Time Production. |
