OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim is this course is to give basic concepts of organizational behaviour and ability of using in related areas; and let them be aware of organizational behaviour.
Contents of the Course Unit: Definition of organizational behaviour,its importance and areas. Studies on basic organizational behaviour.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Sudents will be able to interpret their knowledge about social sciences and organizational behaviour and ability of using theoretical and applied knowledge of this areas in Human Resources Management.
Students will be able to determine the problems in Organizational Behaviour, identify, ability of formulating and solving; ability of applying correct analytical methods for this purpose.
Students will be able to analyse organizational behaviour subjects and creativity and application ability of modern HR methods.
Students will be able to choose and use modern technique and tools required for organizational behaviour applications
Students will be able to make case studies, have abilitiy of building HR systems, data collecting, analyzing results and comment.
