OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to teach nutrition and healthy nutrition principles and diet plans and their application in cases requiring special nutrition.
Contents of the Course Unit: In this course; adequate and balanced nutrition, nutritional deficiency problems, nutrition in special situations, labor and sports nutrition topics will be seen.

Identify adequate and balanced nutrition .
Explain the negative effects of unbalanced, over-nutrition on health.
Gives information about food allergens and nutrition .
Create a diet list that can be applied in special cases .
