OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to give information about internal and external factors about logistics performance measurement and integration of performance of all levels in the company.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include the subjects such as internal and external factors in the performance measurement, balanced scorecard, differences between traditional and current performance measurement, performance measurement techniques and failures while measuring performance.
