OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to introduce the law of conservation of immovable cultural and natural properties as conceptual and institutional, to teach the principles and rules of the law of protection of immovable cultural and natural properties and to show the application with examples.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include conservation of historical references, serving the conservation of the future of the country. Thus, conservation of cultural and natural properties is an administrative activity according to Constitution, international legal texts, legal regulations and similar legal texts.
