OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Öğrencilerin örgütsel davranış alanının temel kavramlarını bilerek konu ile ilgili bilgi sahibi olmaları ve uygulamada kullanabilecekleri yeteneği kazandırmaktır. Öğrencilere örgütsel davranış hakkında bilimsel bir farkındalık yaratmak.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Örgütsel davranış tanımı, önemi alanları. Örgütsel davranış konusundaki temel yaklaşımlar üzerine çalışmalar.

Öğrenciler Sosyal Bilimler ve Örgütsel Davranış konularında yeterli altyapıya sahip olacak; bu alanlardaki kuramsal ve uygulamalı bilgileri İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi alanlarında kullanabilme becerisini elde edebilecektir.
Öğrenciler Örgütsel Davranış alanındaki problemlerini belirleme, tanımlama, formüle etme ve çözme becerisi; bu amaçla uygun analitik yöntemler ve uygulama becerisine sahip olabilecektir.
Öğrenciler Örgütsel Davranış konularını analiz etme ve istenen gereksinimleri karşılamak üzere gerçekçi kısıtlar altında tasarlama becerisi ve bu doğrultuda çağdaş İK yöntemlerini uygulama becerisine sahip olabilecektir.
Öğrenciler Örgütsel Davranış uygulamaları için gerekli olan modern teknik ve araçları seçme ve kullanma becerisi ve bilişim teknolojilerini etkin kullanma becerisi elde edebilecektir.
Öğrenciler Örnek Olay (Vak'a) çalışmaları yapma, İK sistemleri kurma, veri toplama, sonuçları analiz etme ve yorumlama becerisi kazanabilecektir.
