OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Dersin amacı profesyonel hayatta kendi alanlarında veya başka meslek dallarıyla ilgili konularda etik problemleri tespit eden, eylemlerinin etik sonuçlarını bilerek bunlara eleştirel bir şekilde yaklaşan öğrenciler yetiştirmektir.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Genel etik kavramı, iş yerinde etik, gıda işletmelerinde etik konular, ödev ve rapor hazırlamada etik ve intihal, küresel etik konuları, çevre etiği, hayvan refahı.

Farklı mesleklere ait eylemleri etik değerler çerçevesinde değerlendirir.
Mesleki seçimlerde bazı etik ve ahlaki zorluklar karşısında etik değerler çerçevesinde karar verir.
Her türlü ödev, rapor ve proje hazırlamada faydalanılan materyalleri veya kaynakları etik kurallara göre kullanır.
Mesleki durumlarla ilgili yasal prensipleri ve ilgili yasaları araştırır.
Yiyecek ve içecek hizmet alanlarında insan sağlığına ilişkin konularda etik ile alakalı iletişim ve davranış biçimleri geliştirir.
