OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to introduce students to the team individually by explaining team spirit and spirit, and to realize team as a leader by recognizing the needs of the team.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of this course is the concept of teamwork, the role of communication as a team, the inclusion of individual expectations in the team and the harmony, the place and importance of emotion in team formation, the place and importance of trust in the team, the trust in the leader.
